Rybrook Automotive Limited strengthens Porsche presence with the acquisition of Carrs of Exeter Limited.
Rybrook Automotive Limited has increased its Porsche presence with the purchase of Carrs of Exeter Limited. The purchase adds Porsche Centre Exeter to the Rybrook Porsche portfolio.
Rybrook Chairman, Peter Whale said that the purchase underpins the Group’s strategic aim to “expand our retailer network and be the leading privately owned automotive group specialising in premium brands”.
The Carrs of Exeter acquisition sees Rybrook Group add the successful business – Porsche Centre Exeter - to its existing Porsche locations in Chester and its High Wycombe Centre which opens in 2023.
News of the acquisition comes as the Whale family, who own and operate Rybrook Automotive Limited, celebrate their 85th year in the automotive industry.
